Ben and Sophie have been extremely helpful and professional throughout the project and they have responded to all my queries swiftly and clearly right from the beginning. My project is mainly to convert a one-bedroom flat into a two-bedroom flat with an open kitchen and carry out renovation work within a block of flats. There were concerns about possible nuisance to my neighbours but the team had always tried their best to minimise disturbance and disruption to my neighbours as well as address their concerns as far as practicable.

The workmanship and work completed by BNS are of high quality and have in many aspects exceeded my expectations. On several occasions when there were changes to the original design, Ben and his team have patiently and effectively accommodated my requests and have been very polite and reasonable in every occasion. Furthermore, Ben had arranged the team to kindly reskim the entire property out of courtesy, which was not part of the original agreed scope of work, simply because Ben wanted me to enjoy an immaculate flat when finished! This shows that Ben will try his very best to come up with a high standard of work and ensure complete satisfaction of his customer. Though the work period was longer than originally envisaged due to unprecedented issues, the problems were resolved smoothly and quickly by the team. I was kept up to date on the work and progress all the time which I really appreciate. It has been a pleasure working with Ben, Sophie and the team, and I am both thankful and grateful for all their kind assistance, helpful advice and professionalism throughout the past few months. Ben and his team did a fabulous job on a 6 x 5 meter extension with a lantern ceiling.

Ben and his team are courteous, professional and very easy to talk to. It started with an extension for a granny flat and grew into half the house being renovated. There were a few mistakes on both sides as things changed but Ben was always available to talk to and nothing was ever a problem to sort out. We had a very positive, overall experience with the lovely Ben and Sophie who run a tight ship at BNS Construction and happily recommend you consider meeting them before committing to your next project.

Having shopped around for a few months, from the day we first met Ben and Sophie it was clear that they are a very sincere and genuine couple who strive to provide a high value service through their personal and friendly approach towards their clients and operations.

Our ground floor, rear extension and WC conversion wasn’t a large project but still required an element of diligence and care which Ben and Sophie strived to provide, through their team, from day one. As with any similar scope of project some challenges occurred but Ben and Sophie constantly and consistently stepped up and rectified matters, where they were required.

Ben and the team were excellent at staying flexible and working around all of the (inevitable) obstacles that occur during these builds, however, none of these were too big to overcome and Ben was always on hand to listen and provide his assurances and expertise… sometimes working late into the night but always with a smile on his face.

We used BNS to reconfigure our bathroom and remove an upstairs chimney breast. The work was completed efficiently and to a good standard! The BNS team have been brilliant! Ben and Sophie were incredibly professional, constantly checking in to make sure everything ran smoothly with the project. Whilst Miri and the guys did an incredible job of our house renovations including fitting the kitchen island, building a recessed wall, panelling and putting in bi-folding doors into our office. They always kept everything as clean as possible and everything has been done to an incredibly high standard. Highly recommended construction company. I asked for a full refurb and double extension and roof conversions to be carried out. I am so happy with the overall finish of the project. Ben kept me up to date at all times through our group chat and always answered my questions promptly. Updated my previous review now that the project has been finished. I came across BNS Ltd from a family recommendation and used Ben & Sophie to do a 4m extension, covered patio, new rear shed and ground floor renovation including removal of chimney breast, new toilet and pantry.

Although I was worried at times, Ben always put my mind at ease with his can do attitude. There hasn't been any hidden costs, the work was done very professionally and even complicated items (such as some drainage alternations in the neighbours) was done with minimal hassle. The project finished on time even with additional items added to the scope of works (we wanted a bigger patio and some shelfing in the pantry etc)

Ben & Sophie balances a few projects at the same time but they are always available via the phone when required so you feel cared for in terms of the personal support and experience. Sophie is helpful giving us their best suppliers which get good rates and discounts and help with the timing. We lived in the property during the entirety of the works and the team ensured they always tidied up at the end of the day as well as made sure we never lost hot water in the midst of swapping kitchens and boilers. Even after the works Ben was always willing to pick up the phone or come see if we wern't sure about anything which shows a care beyond just the completion of works.

BNS Construction renovated my entire property; 2 reception rooms, kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, they listened to all my ideas and gave me lots of helpful suggestions. Ben explained all the costs in his estimate and even sourced helpful cost effective alternatives to save me money. I am so pleased with the finish and workmanship.
