How does it all work?
How your new loft conversion is managed throughout is important – we want to keep it nice and simple for you. Let’s have a look at what we do to make the process as seamless as possible.
You’ll have a dedicated project manager throughout, and they’ll be on call whenever you need them. Lean on their years of experience, ask them questions and bounce ideas off them: that’s what they’re here for. The project manager will manage the team, plus the project as a whole, and it’s their job to make sure everything is running as it should be. Any queries, concerns or ideas that crop up – just shout!
You’ll also have the same project manager from start to finish too. Information can get lost in translation if we’re constantly introducing new team members to the project, so we keep it easy for everyone by having the same project manager throughout. They’ll know absolutely everything there is to know about the project, and they’ll use their experience and skills in the trade to make sure your loft conversion is even better than you expect it to be.
Your project is personally overseen by the owner of BNS.
Another thing our customers love is that the owner of BNS, Ben, is always available if you need him as well. He’ll oversee the whole project, using his vast experience to make sure everything is running smoothly. He has converted countless lofts, and his expertise is invaluable in ensuring the process is pain-free and the final result is perfect. Ben wants to help, so don’t hesitate to pick his brain for ideas or lean on him for guidance.
Your own Whatsapp group to keep things simple.
The whole point of having the same team throughout is to make the process nice and simple – for you and for BNS. To make sure we’re doing that, we create a Whatsapp group with all the relevant team members at the start of the project. We do this so you don;t have to run back and forth between different team members – everyone knows what’s going on, everyone is on the same page and costly mistakes are avoided. Phew!
Pictures, ideas, questions – they can all be shared easily on your Whatsapp group, and if you do have a question, the relevant person will be notified and get back to you with an answer as soon as they can.
We’ll also keep the Whatsapp group open for around a year after the project is completed. Why? In case you need us! We don’t want you to feel like you can’t get in touch if you need to, or that we’re ‘out of bounds’ because the project has finished. It’s all about making sure you’re 100% happy, long after we’ve put the finishing touches to your loft conversion.
The process is straightforward, you’re constantly in the loop and someone is always on hand for whatever you might need help with. Whatever it is – no matter how big or small – just let us know. We’ll do everything we can to help!
