Communication is key to making your loft conversion perfect.

Communication is big for us, too. Throughout your conversion, questions are bound to crop up. Things like – How long until it’s finished? What time are you arriving today? Can I make XYZ change? That’s why you’ll have your own Whatsapp group with all of the relevant team members, giving you direct access to the management team members that are working on your home. All you have to do is send a question in the Whatsapp group, and the relevant person will get back to you as soon as they can. That way, you’re always in the loop, and help is always there if you need it.

You’ll also have the same project manager throughout. This helps to keep everything nice and smooth, and it means you don’t have to worry about new faces popping up throughout the project.
